How do I track my delivery?

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the shipping confirmation we sent to your email.

The carriers also send a tracking link via email, SMS, or their app, so you can follow your package once they’ve received it from us.

I ordered the wrong item – what should I do?

If you’ve ordered the wrong item, please contact our customer service.

Note that we can only stop the order if it hasn’t yet entered the packing process.

I received a damaged item – what should I do?

If you’ve received a damaged item, please keep the product and contact our customer service through our contact form.

To process your complaint, we’ll need photo evidence, your order number, and a description of the issue.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
